weeSTEMs – ages 4-8

These sessions are perfect for pre-school and primary-school aged children. Each week has a different theme and we will complete 4-5 different STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) activities each session.

Activities range from designing and building your own rocket to figuring out how many times a minute a hummingbird’s wings beat.

Doing science experiments and learning through play, Glasgow, Scotland

Each weeSTEMs session naturally develops language skills, fine-motor-skills, gross-motor-skills, hand-eye coordination, following complex instructions, creative reasoning, working cooperatively, and a sense of scientific wonder.

Scientific research continues to prove the vast range of benefits of learning outdoors – and weeSTEMs sessions use the outdoors to their full benefit. We use natural resources in our activities, learn about the natural world, get fresh air and vitamin D, and exercise. All whilst learning and having fun – and we’d love for you to join us.
